This is not a broker issue and never has been
It’s a driver issue
If you were a broker and had $4 freight but you knew I would haul it for $1 would you voluntarily give me more?
No!
The brokers sole job is to get it moved. If no one took it for less than $6 then that $4 rate would go up but there’s too many guys and some on this forum who believe that fuel $ is better than no money
And. There will never ever be a strike for those same exact reasons
