I am currently leased onto a car hauling company as a owner operator, but would like to work locally. I do NOT want to work as an employee and happy to buy my own truck, but have been unable to find any jobs working as a owner operator for a towing company (heavy duty) or dump truck driver. Do such jobs even exist? I dont want to start a company as I would prefer to have training and experience first as this is a similiar but different field. Just no clue where to even start my search,…
