I'm a current driver with Variant under US Xpress. And I can tell you Variant isn't like any other company. I have been doing this work since 2007 everything from oil fields where your not sure you will have a job in 3 months, to pulling reefers being stressed out to push hours because the trailer temp is off, doing flatbed trapping in the freezing rain and being a lease driver.
