Couple in Tucson. Bout as far west as I go. They have a great house mustard, and they only put that on their burgers. They may have changed that policy though. Last time I had Whataburger was..10 or so years ago. Good burger though.
There’s a couple locations in Tucson. Their from Texas if I recall properly.
Far as In n Out…cool. Now i never have to go to California for anything but to visit friends/family I can’t get to meet me outside the state. 
Their not a bad burger, but, I don’t see the fuss. No burger is good enough to make me sit in a 3 hour + drive thru. I remember when they opened the one in Tucson. 8 hour lines. Had to shut down a lane of traffic due to all the cars in line.
Funny thing about Hardee’s. Their just a east coast Carl’s Jr. I have nothing but Hardee’s around me over on the mainland. Had Carl’s Jr. when I lived in Tucson. Pretty much the same thing in my experience. Carl’s Jr. just had a bette PR team. lol.
