Looking for companies that do the OTR training as a solo truck not just run you as a team. I'm not a trusting person so sleeping while someone I don't know is driving is a none starter for me. I've found CFI has been talked about doing just that but the cfi website is down right now so I can't verify.
It seems just about every company wants new drivers to go through the same amount of OTR training whether they go through company training or pay for schooling so paying outa pocket up…
