the spinner knobs are a “company” banned item. i have worked for some companies that don’t care if you have one or two attached to the steering wheel.
i have worked for company’s the will remove the knobs and NOT return them to the driver.
i have worked for company’s that remove the knobs, write you up, give you back the knob, and if its put back on the steering wheel, they suspend you……………..
as far as the laptop goes, just keep it on the passenger seat out of sight.
