Are you a CDL “gradute”? 
Do you already have a tanker endorsement?
What other endorsements do you have (if any)?
Are you looking for local work only? Or are you ok with regional/OTR?
Schneider there will probably take you–but I don’t recommend them (and I’m a Schneider veteran).
There are better options….
But for good info–you really need to answer the above qtns.
