In an effort to further understand the industry, I ask the following:
To all the Owner Operators out there, when you find a load to haul, is the freight broker associated with that load typically transparent about the size of their cut at any point? In other words, does the broker ever share with you how much they are making off of the load?
If not transparent, would it make a difference to you if they were? If so, why?
