Your “Swiftest” course of action–see a nearby “minute clinic” or “urgent care” doctor–and explain the above situation to him/her.
An alternative idea: see a nearby doctor/clinic that also does DOT physicals–and explain the situation you’ve described above….
Then follow the advice given here in post #4 (which…in some form or another….is probably what the “urgent care” doctor and/or clinic will also suggest).
Depending on the medication in question…..and the professional judgement of the physician who finally does the papework…..you may (or may not) have a job with Swift when this situation finally plays out…..
