New driver looking for starter company advice

I heard about this forum from a different source. I just finished CDL school in Houston TX and I'm looking for a starter company. Before making a thread somewhere else, is there a master list of good starter companies? Im 40 and I'm switching to trucking from doing Uber for the last couple of years. Im over it.
