I hate to say say this after the TMC thread, but the current problem is hair follicle testing simply is inaccurate with people that have dark hair, like a specific group of people tend to.
Once it’s accurate I have no problem with the testing, but it needs to be accurate first. Oh, and standards created for cut off amounts and the lime, but I assume that will be handled when the testing is required.
Remember folks, it is currently a federal law that requires FMCSA to do hair follicle testing, it simply isn’t fair and accurate enough to implement.
