Get the DoT involved.
I once talked to an officer when my company “Randomly” called me twice a month for 6 months.
They tried to say it was random.
Was told if I got the next random he was going to audit and check records.
That company had tons that could not pass, which is why the kept making me and a couple others they knew could pass.
